    To ensure the availability of vehicles and to be able to keep low rates, you must complete your payment in advance via Internet, if you need help completing the online payment, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
  2. Is it possible to make special amenity requests?
    For an extra charge, you can request any special item for your pickup, such as cold beers, wine, flowers, an iPod with specific playlist, or any other special request you may have in mind.
  3. Once the reservation is made, how do I confirm that it went through successfully?

You will automatically receive a confirmation email, and if you make the payment through PayPal, you will receive the corresponding receipt.

If you cancel 24 hours before the arrival of your flight, we will refund 100% of your payment.

  1. How will I identify the driver and what will be the meeting point?

The driver will be located at the exit of the airport under the umbrella 5. The van will have a sign with your name, so you can easily recognize it.

At the end of each service we check the van thoroughly to make sure you do not forget anything. In case of any object remaining inside the van, we bring it to you wherever you request, It´ll be no problem.

    All vehicles are protected with a Full Coverage Insurance including its passengers.
  1. ¿ How much baggage can I bring?

As much as you like, there is no limit of volume or weight.

  1. On the way to the hotel, can you stop the vehicle at the supermarket to make purchases?

Yes it is possible, but maximum during 30 min. The additional time you spend in the supermarket will have an extra cost.
